This Account Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their account and associated data from the Ovulo AI app.
1. How to Delete Your Account
Users can delete their account directly inside the app:
Steps:
- Open Ovulo AI
- Go to Profile
- Tap Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
2. What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- Profile information
- Email address
- Period tracking history
- Ovulation records
- Fertility predictions
- Symptoms and notes
- Notifications preferences
- Health logs
- App usage data linked to your account
3. Data Retention
Some limited data may be temporarily retained for:
- legal compliance
- fraud prevention
- security purposes
This retained data is securely protected and automatically removed after the legally required retention period.
4. Backup Deletion Timeline
Deleted account data is usually removed from active systems within:
30 daysBackup systems may retain encrypted copies for a limited period before automatic deletion.

some authentication-related data may also be subject to Google’s policies.
